Christina Nguyen

Christina is a sophomore majoring in biochemistry with minor in biotechnology.

She joined TBR with an interest in supporting and empowering biology research on campus via speaker events about research in the real world and via journal clubs to explore scientific inquiry. Her favorite part of TBR is the close knit community of diverse, curious students passionate about biology, research, and mentorship!

Christina joins the club with previous research experience at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute studying racial and ethnic health disparities in Hereditary Cancer. She is now a student researcher in the Freudenreich Lab studying genome instability and DNA repair.

In her free time, Christina enjoys biking, making jewelry, and exploring new smoothie recipes!
